The services and products offered through this Website and more specifically through its online shop as well as the execution of transactions are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By browsing the Website, using the services and/or proceeding to purchase of products, the users/visitors of the Website (hereinafter “user”, “customer” or “you”) agree to these Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions is the only legally bounding agreement between you and the Company. If you do not agree to these Terms you should not use the Website.

1.1 The Website offers you the possibility to purchase the Company’s products through its online shop. To make any transaction through the online shop, your prior registration is optional. Each user – either registered or not – must complete his/her billing and shipping address (when the billing address is different from the shipping address) in order to make a transaction. All of this data, as well as any additional data you may enter if you wish an invoice to be issued, are processed in accordance with the Website’s Privacy Policy. All orders are received by completing and sending the relevant order form on the Website under the “Checkout” section and clicking on the “Place order” icon, after consent is given by selecting the “I have read and agree to the Website Terms and Conditions” tick-box. Orders are only binding if the order confirmation is sent to you by e-mail. You are required to review the above order confirmation and promptly notify us in writing of any error, otherwise the details listed therein will be applied in the sales contract between the Company and you.
2.2 The Company provides through the Website information on the products offered through its online shop, such as a short description of the product, including colors, sizes, the price of the product etc. All prices are in Euro and include VAT. All card payments are processed through Alpha Bank’s Alpha e-Commerce payment platform and we use TLS 1.2 encryption with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption protocol. After the confirmation of your order, products will be delivered to the shipping company within ten (10) business days. We offer free shipping on all orders within Greece.
All our deliveries are handled by the courier companies ΕΛΤΑ courier or ACS courier.
Normally the time of standard delivery within Greece is 1-4 business days, depending on the final destination.
Delivery within European Union
The Mary Gaitani Online store uses DHL for all shipments made to European Union.
We offer free shipping on all orders within European Union over 250,00E.
For orders below 250,00E the delivery cost is 15,00E.
Shipping takes 2-5 business days depending on the final destination.
All orders are fully traceable using DHL Tracking.
Delivery outside European Union
The MARY GAITANI Online store uses DHL for all shipments made outside the European Union.
We offer free shipping on all orders outside European Union over 400,00E.
The delivery cost with DHL is 25,00E.
Shipping takes 5-10 business days depending on the final destination and the custom offices.
Shipping to countries outside Europe are subject to customs charges.
These charges are extra to the shipping cost, are covered by the customer and differ from country to country.
Thus, customers are advised to contact their local customs office to guide them accordingly, so as not to be surprised by charges they are not prepared for.

Deliveries of orders are carried out on a daily basis, except weekends and public holidays.
Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed by MARY GAITANI or its carriers.

10. Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your jewelry return. You are entitled by law to withdraw from this contract if you are a consumer, that is, a natural person acting for reasons which do not fall under your trade, business, craft, or freelancing professional activity, without giving any justification, subject to the terms below, by declaring it to the company within 14 days from the day following the receipt of the product(s).
The customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal and return any Product which is customized and which has been manufactured specifically for the customer pursuant to the customer’s order through the e-shop, as per the above.
The withdrawal statement is made by the customer in writing with a clear statement to us, which is sent by e-mail to sales@marygaitani.com.
The Company confirms in writing the receipt of the withdrawal statement as soon as it is received. The returned product must be in the same excellent condition as it was when received, in the full original packaging, with all the contents and labels of the original packaging.
It must also be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
The returned product must not be used, worn, or washed.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase the withdrawal statement, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the jewelry received is damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by a Customer Service Representative.
By exercising the right of withdrawal, the Company refunds the money corresponding to the value of the product within 10 business days.
The refund is made using the same payment method that the customer used for the original transaction.
The product must be returned to the indicated warehouse without delay and in any case within 14 calendar days of the date of withdrawal.
For your return, we propose using a trackable shipping service like DHL or FedEx or purchasing shipping insurance.
Mary Gaitani is not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise during the return process.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note: an online purchase with a courier as the delivery method can not be returned to the store.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
11. Applicable Law and Other Terms
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Greek law. Any dispute arising from them shall be referred to the courts of Athens, Greece. In the event that any term is declared void or unenforceable by court order, the remaining terms remain unaffected and maintain their validity.
