Returns + Exchanges

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your jewelry return. You are entitled by law to withdraw from this contract if you are a consumer, that is, a natural person acting for reasons which do not fall under your trade, business, craft, or freelancing professional activity, without giving any justification, subject to the terms below, by declaring it to the company within 14 days from the day following the receipt of the product(s).
The customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal and return any Product which is customized and which has been manufactured specifically for the customer according to the customer’s order through the e-shop, as per the above.

The Company confirms in writing the receipt of the withdrawal statement as soon as it is received. The returned product must be in the same excellent condition as it was when received, in the full original packaging, with all the contents and labels of the original packaging.
It must also be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
The returned product must not be used, worn, or washed.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase the withdrawal statement, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the jewelry received is damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by a Customer Service Representative.
By exercising the right of withdrawal, the Company refunds the money corresponding to the value of the product within 10 business days.
The refund is made using the same payment method that the customer used for the original transaction.
The product must be returned to the indicated warehouse without delay and in any case within 14 calendar days of the date of withdrawal.
For your return, we propose using a trackable shipping service like DHL or FedEx or purchasing shipping insurance.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note: an online purchase with a courier as the delivery method can not be returned to the store.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
